Premier Hail USA stands behind every repair completed through our network. This page summarizes the standard to which we restore your vehicle and what our workmanship warranty covers. It is provided for general information. The controlling terms are the written warranty furnished with your completed repair.
Our objective is to return your vehicle to its pre-storm condition, meaning the condition it was in immediately before the covered hail event. We repair the damage caused by that hail event. We do not refurbish, upgrade, or recondition the vehicle beyond its pre-storm state.
Because we restore the vehicle to pre-storm condition, the following pre-existing conditions are outside the scope of a hail repair and are not included unless separately agreed to in writing:
Any pre-existing conditions identified during your free inspection will be documented and reviewed with you before work begins, so the scope of the repair is clear and agreed upon in advance.
The paintless dent repair we perform on documented hail damage is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. If a dent we repaired fails or reappears due to the workmanship of our repair, we will correct that workmanship at no cost to you.
This is a workmanship warranty on the specific hail damage we repaired. To keep expectations clear, the warranty does not cover the following:
In short, the lifetime warranty assures you that the hail dents we removed will not return as a result of our work. It does not cover damage from a new event, nor any component of the vehicle other than the repaired hail damage.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your repair documentation and we will arrange an inspection. Warranty coverage and any transfer of coverage are governed by the written warranty provided with your completed repair, which controls in the event of any conflict with this summary.
