Premier Hail USA is a nationwide auto hail repair network that connects vehicle owners with trusted, independent local repair partners and paintless dent repair specialists. We help coordinate inspections, repairs, and insurance claims. Repairs are performed by network partners.
Inspections and estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding quotes. Final pricing and scope are confirmed after an in-person inspection and, where applicable, in coordination with your insurer.
We assist with the insurance claim process, but coverage determinations, approvals, and payments are made solely by your insurance carrier. We do not guarantee any particular insurance outcome.
Repairs completed through our network may be covered by a workmanship warranty. Any warranty is governed by the separate written warranty provided with your completed repair, which controls. See our Warranty page for a summary.
You agree to provide accurate information and to be authorized to request service for the vehicle you submit. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any repair scope before work begins.
By contacting us or submitting a form, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site, including its content, logos, and branding, is owned by Premier Hail USA and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or use it without permission.
Repair partners in our network are independent businesses. While we work to maintain quality standards across the network, each partner is responsible for the services it performs, subject to the applicable warranty.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Hail USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Premier Hail USA is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date.
